Your fitness journey.One conversation away.

Replog turns Claude or ChatGPT into a personal assistant for your training and nutrition: it reads your program, prepares next week and logs your meals, weight and sleep. You talk, Replog keeps the logbook.

Connection

Connect Replog in a few minutes

Pick your assistant. In both cases you add the Replog server address, sign in with your account, then authorize access.

Replog isn't published in the official Claude and ChatGPT catalogs yet: both submissions are in progress. Until then, you connect by adding Replog as a custom server.

Claude

Custom connector (remote MCP server)

0 / 5 steps

  1. Copy the Replog server address

    https://www.replog.fr/api/mcp
  2. Open Customize → Connectors

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, click “+ Add”, then “Add custom connector”.

  3. Name the connector and paste the address

Name it “Replog”, paste the address, click “Continue”, check the detected authentication settings, then click “Add”.

  4. Sign in to Replog and authorize

When Claude asks you to connect (“Connect”), the Replog page opens: sign in with your account, then tap “Autoriser” (Authorize).

  5. Turn Replog on in a conversation

In the chat box, click “+”, then “Connectors”, and switch Replog on for that conversation.

Free Claude plans are limited to one custom connector.

On Team and Enterprise plans, only owners (or an allowed role) can add a connector; each member then signs in with their own account.

Menu labels may differ by language and version: refer to the official help if in doubt.

ChatGPT

Custom MCP server, installed as a plugin

0 / 5 steps

  1. Copy the Replog server address

    https://www.replog.fr/api/mcp
  2. Open Plugins in ChatGPT

On chatgpt.com (web version), open Plugins, click the “+” button, then “Add custom MCP server”.

  3. Enter the name and the address

Enter the name “Replog”, then, under “Connection”, paste the address into “Server URL”.

  4. Choose OAuth authentication

Select “OAuth”, read the warning, click “I understand and want to continue”, then “Create as a plugin”.

  5. Install, sign in and authorize

Install the Replog plugin. When ChatGPT asks you to sign in, the Replog page opens: sign in with your account, then tap “Autoriser” (Authorize). In a new conversation, type @ and pick Replog.

Adding a custom server is done in the web version of ChatGPT. According to OpenAI's documentation, your workspace rules apply and may restrict it.

The Replog plugin for the ChatGPT directory is being submitted: it isn't available in the directory yet.

Menu labels may differ by language and version: refer to the official help if in doubt.

Privacy and security

You stay in control

Replog only connects to an assistant with your consent, and you can remove that access at any time.

  • Your own account

The assistant sends you to Replog: you sign in, then tap “Autoriser” (Authorize) on a screen that shows what it is asking for. No password is shared with the assistant.

  • Data specific to each user

Each connection is tied to one account: the assistant only reaches the data of the account that authorized it. Replog doesn't sell or share your data.

  • What the assistant sees

Only what its tools return for your account. That information is then processed by the assistant's publisher (Anthropic or OpenAI) under its own privacy policy.

  • Revocable immediately

In Profile → Connected assistants (“Profil → Assistants connectés” in the French interface), “Retirer l'accès” (Remove access) makes the assistant's access unusable right away, without waiting for its connection to expire.

View or change: what the assistant can do

Replog exposes 30 tools to the assistant. They fall into three families depending on what they do to your data.

Read-only: these tools change nothing.

  • View profileget_profile
  • See the program formatget_program_format
  • List weekslist_weeks
  • Check a weekpreview_program
  • View a weekget_week
  • View a sessionget_session
  • See the weekly reportget_weekly_report
  • View a dayget_day
  • See tracking historyget_history
  • List tracked exerciseslist_exercises
  • See an exercise's progressget_exercise_history

They add or reorder things without overwriting anything.

  • Create a weekcreate_week
  • Duplicate a weekduplicate_week
  • Add a sessionadd_session
  • Add an exerciseadd_exercise
  • Reorder an exercisemove_exercise
  • Add a meallog_food

They can replace, erase or delete existing data. Deleting sets you've already completed requires an explicit confirmation, and an import never replaces a week that already has results.

  • Edit profileupdate_profile
  • Edit a weekupdate_week
  • Edit a sessionupdate_session
  • Edit an exerciseupdate_exercise
  • Set planned setsset_planned_sets
  • Import a weekimport_program
  • Log sleep and recoverylog_recovery
  • Log weight and body compositionlog_measurement
  • Save the week's feedbacksave_weekly_feedback
  • Delete a weekdelete_week
  • Delete a sessiondelete_session
  • Remove an exerciseremove_exercise
  • Delete a mealdelete_food_entry
  • ChatGPT: actions that change data ask for your confirmation by default (OpenAI documentation).
  • Claude: you decide whether to approve actions and can turn off tools you don't need (Claude documentation).

How to disconnect Replog

  1. 1

    From Replog (recommended)

Open Profile → Connected assistants (“Profil → Assistants connectés”), then tap “Retirer l'accès” (Remove access) next to the assistant. The consent is deleted and access stops immediately.

  2. 2

    From the assistant

Remove or disconnect the Replog connector in Claude's or ChatGPT's settings. To also cut access on Replog's side, use the method above.

  3. 3

    Delete your account

Profile → Danger zone (“Zone de danger”) → “Supprimer mon compte” (Delete my account) permanently erases the account and the copy of your data on the server.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Replog account?

Yes. The assistant connects to your Replog account: create one at replog.fr with an email address or, when it is offered, with Google. The assistant can only read the data that exists in your account.

Which assistants are compatible?

Claude and ChatGPT, through a remote MCP server with OAuth sign-in. Other assistants that support remote MCP servers may work, but only Claude and ChatGPT are documented here.

Is Replog in the official Claude and ChatGPT catalogs?

Not yet: both submissions are in progress. Until then, you can connect Replog yourself by adding it as a custom server, as explained above. This page will be updated when it is published.

I can't find the option to add a custom server

Availability depends on your plan and your organization's rules. On Claude, Team and Enterprise plans reserve adding connectors for owners; on ChatGPT, adding one is done in the web version and may be restricted by the workspace. Menus also change: refer to the official help linked in each guide.

The assistant reads my data but can't change it

An account that has never been synced can be read but not changed by an assistant. Open Replog once, signed in with the same account, to enable syncing, then try again.

The assistant's changes don't show up in the app

They appear at the next sync: open the app, switch back to its tab, or tap “Synchroniser” (Sync) in Profile → Account and sync.

I see “Cette demande d'autorisation est invalide ou a expiré” (the authorization request is invalid or has expired)

The sign-in request is no longer valid. Start the connection again from the assistant (reconnect the Replog connector), then tap “Autoriser” (Authorize).

What does the assistant see, and where does my data go?

It sees what its tools return for your account. That information is sent to the assistant's publisher and processed under its own privacy policy. Without a connection from you, nothing is sent to it. The details are in Replog's privacy policy.

Does Replog give medical advice?

No. Replog is a personal logbook. If you have pain, marked fatigue or doubts about your health, see a professional.

How do I disconnect Replog?

In Replog, open Profile → Connected assistants and tap “Retirer l'accès” (Remove access): access stops immediately. You can also remove the connector in Claude or ChatGPT.
